Our Story

GhaasPaat was born from a simple yet powerful belief: food can be the beginning of a healthier life.

In 2018, our founder, Gulshan Kumar, began exploring the connection between everyday food and personal well-being after facing a health challenge. His journey of learning about nutrition and exploring healthier food choices led him to discover microgreens—young, vibrant greens that can add variety, flavour, and valuable nutrients to everyday meals.

What began as a personal search for better food choices gradually grew into a larger vision: to make fresh microgreens accessible to more people and encourage a culture of preventive nutrition.

In 2020, that vision took shape with the beginning of GhaasPaat. From an idea rooted in personal experience, we started building an agritech venture in Patna, Bihar, with a commitment to fresh food, sustainable growing practices, and nutrition awareness.

Today, GhaasPaat is working to bring microgreens closer to households, restaurants, wellness communities, and institutions through fresh products, home-growing kits, educational initiatives, and business collaborations.

Our journey is still growing, but our purpose remains unchanged—to inspire people to make healthier food choices, one meal at a time.
